We use Sendle to deliver within Australia. We will dispatch your parts within 2 working days of receiving your order. If we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame we will contact you to:
• advise when we will ship your parts
• to make arrangements to ship an alternative part; or
• to refund your money
Sendle does not deliver to some rural street addresses, for example Rtunes does not have Sendle street delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is serviced by Sendle. If you cannot receive Sendle deliveries, please advise us on your choice of courier when you make an order so we can make alternative arrangements.
If you have additional instructions, for example restricted receivable hours or “If no-one home…” instructions, please advise us when you place your order. When we have dispatched your parts we will advise you of your consignment number so you can track the progress of your order online.
